SCHEDULED CASTES and Scheduled Tribes students pursuing professional degree, diploma and post-graduate courses in Madhya Pradesh, will have to pay only 20 per cent of the fees, or Rs 5,000, whichever is less. This decision was taken by CM Digvijay Singh.
