The movement of backward launched in favour of implementation, the net result at present is that there is no backward class movement which was shattered and perished in the ground by the brahminical conspiracies. The OBC mass is not fully awared of the ideology. Till date no benefits has been drawn so far. They are strengthing the brahmanical system by polarising on the basis of their sub-caste. Reservation to OBC is reduced from 2% to 1%. It was a mere exploitation. In J & K state there is no provision for reservation to SC/ST/OBC in the constitution of J & K state, which is separate constitution from constitution of Indian Union. Only the SRO’s are issued from time to time by J & K state Govt. after the indepdance so long.

The chief guest Mr. Madan Lal, Ex. MLC, who was the founder of the backward classes union in the year 1954 and launched the struggled with great zeal and enthusiasm addressed the gathering that unity of SC/ST/OBC is of utmost importance. He pointed out that the people claiming for leadership on the basis of their caste strength has shattered the movement.

Mr. Waman Meshram in his presidential speech explained the issues in detail, what we are? How shudras were created or made according to brahmanical social order. He said that shudras are under the fold of the varna system at the fourth place, but SC/ST’s are not included in the varna system. They are outcaste. OBC people are so innocent and don’t know their history, their forefathers. He said that he got astonished when he learned that the meeting was conducted in the Kashyap Rajput Sabha for Parshu Ram Jayanti which was to be celebrated on May 2001 by the Brahmins of J & K.
