12th Jammu State convention held at Guru Ravidas Gurudwara, Krishna Nagar Jammu on 31 March, 2002 which was presided by Ashok Dogra & Chief Guest D. D. Kalyani, Amritsar. The programme was conducted in two sessions; the first state includes the inaugrual speech delivered by Mr. Dhammapal (full time activist) , after that Dr. Naseeb Digra narrated the matter of DNA and gives the detailed speech on blood division. Then D. D. Kalyani explains the DNA issue in detail by giving examples.

In the second session, Mr. Seva Raman also delivered speech on Census which is not conducted and it is a great danger for the  sabotaged the right of representation of OBC's. Supplementing the same Mr. D.D. Kalyani also delivered his views on the issue.

                In the end Mr. Dogra explained the serious consequences  of LPG on  the reservation policy and exposed the Bramhanical  conspiracy of not conducting the census on the basis of the caste for OBC's to vanish the benefits of Mandal for the OBC's. Mr. Dogra thanked the participants for even in the odd situations  in the state, they  courageously participated in the program. It is known that the situation in the

Jammu was critical due to bomb blast in the temple. The entire Jammu was bandh. He also thanked to the Mr. Gyan Chand Thapa, Gurudas Bhagat, Ramlal, Ramlal Singh, Sunil Thapa & Rakesh Mehro for providing co-operation in the field work. On the untimely sad demise of Mr. D. P. Lader (a senior & dedicated cadre of BAMCEF from then M.P.,Chhatisgarh ), Mr. Dharmapal & Mr. Ashok Dogra expressed their hearty homage. They felt that they lost a  good friend, a great loss to the organization & society.

                The 175 Mulnivasi Bahujan people participated in the programme from different districts , tehsils & blocks. Thus it was a grand success.
