Uttaranchal
BAMCEF’s First Uttaranchal State Convention was held at Dehradun on 22nd July at Gaurav hotel Auditorium. The Convention was inaugurated by coloneal P.Kumar. He is Chief Post Master General of Uttaranchal State. In his speech he congratulated BAMCEF for spreading right ideology and right direction to the indigenous. He further said that we will have to understand our origin and our own civilisation. In the inaugural address Mr. Waman Meshram said that since Uttaranchal was an intrigral part of U.P. The convention of UP was organised before this convention. But now Uttaranchal and UP are two separate states. So first Uttaranchal state convention had been organised seperately. Basically conventions are organised for three objectives
(1) To analyse and take feed back of the energy spent by cadres in spreading the Phule-Ambedkarite ideology and network and the output achieved.
(2) To analyse the development of cadres (3) To spread uniformal message throughout the country. Through conventions cadres are trained to be acquaint with latest information and analysis. The topics kept for discussion were
(a) Brahminical oppose of demolition of Buddha Statues - Conspiracy to utilise Buddhist people, Buddhist Country and Buddhist institutions against Muslims.
(b) The root cause of all problems - Brahminism.
Prominent speaker was Adv. J.N. Verma from Allahabad and presided by Mr. Waman Meshram, National President, BAMCEF
   
Maharashtra
Nanded
Mulnivasi Sangh’s (Ladies, Students and Youth) sixth Maharashtra State Convention and Matang Caste awarness convention was held on 14th and 15th July at B.K. Hall, Nanded. The convention was inaugurated by Mr. Chandrakant Wankhede(Social Activist, Nagpur) Special invitees for the function were Mr.Bhimrao Bhoge(President customer bench, Nanded). Mr. Waman Meshram presided over the function. Topics, kept for debate and discussion were.

(1) Concept, ideology and behaviour of Bahujanwad.
(2) Mahar Matang Caste conflicts output and benefits.
(3) What should be done to show right path to indigenous matang caste.

Delegate session topics were
(1) Problems and Solutions in spreading the Mulnivasi Sangh activities. (2) Matang Caste’s economic, social political, Cultural problems and solutions to them.

Prominent speakers were Mr. Pradeep Dhobale, Mr. Sukumar Kamble, Nanda Taywade, Adv. Elenath Aadhav, Mr. Chandrakant Wankhede, Mr. Rupesh Rakshe. Sessions were presided by Mr. Waman Meshram, National President BAMCEF
   
Rajasthan
Bhilwada:
Golden Jubilee of the constitution was celebrated at New Bazar, Bapu Nagar Society Welfare Hostel. In this program district president of Ambedkar Vihar Manch Mr. Pyarelal Khoiwala and additional district telecom officer Mr. D.L. Nigam were prominent speakers. In this program Mr. Devilal Berwa Dinesh Pawar, Mukumchand Nagar, Suresh Bhati, Dr. Shantosh Nand Gani, Bhanwarlal Arya had taken special efforts to make this program a grand success. Mr. Ram Kumar Chawla operated the program.

Jaiselmer :
Programe of Golden Jubilee of Constitution was organised at Jaiselmer (Rajasthan) on 26th June at Ambedkar Bhawan. Prominent Speaker were Rupa Ram, Adv. M.S. Rajoria, Mr. Devilal Amenia, Mr. Gumanaram Rathod, Mr. Endra Ram. The program was presided by Mr.Waman Meshram, National President, BAMCEF

Balmer:
The program on campaign issue “Golden Jubillee of the constitution by rulling castes” was organised at Sewa Sadan Hall, Balmer on 27th June 2001. In this program, Dr. M.R. Gadhiar, Mr. Betram Kalma, Mr. B.L. Mansuria and Ruparam Nama, Mr. Ramdas Sangela put their views. Program was presided by Mr. Waman Meshram.

Similar Golden Jubilee campaign issues were carried over at Jalore, Sirohi, Kota, Bundi and Chittorgarh.
   
Uttar Pradesh
Muradabad
Cadre camp war organised on 8th July 2001 at Panchayat Bhawan, Muradabad (U.P.). Mr. Dharmesh Gajbhiya (Full Time Worker) guided the cadres present. Total 65 delegates attended the cadre camp. Delegates from OBC’s and Minorities were also present in this cadre camp. Organisational matter and Phule-Ambedkarite ideological points were covered in this cadre camp.

   
Gujrat
Gandhi Nagar
One day cadre camp was organised at Dr. Ambedkar Bhawan, Sector 12, Gandhi Nagar on 9th June 2001. The cadre camp was inaugurated by Mr. S.N. Dulera and Mr. B.M. Purbia. The camp was presided by Mr.Praveen Bhai Suvria (Convenor-Gandhi Nagpur) and Mr. Rashmin K. Rajan (Chief Convenor-Gandhi Nagar). Total 100 delegates attended the convention.

Bharuch
One day cadre camp was organised by Bharuch district unit at District Panchayat, Sardar Auditorium on 3rd June 2001. Mr. J.D. Chandrapaul guided the delegates. Suresh Dhair Rana, Praeshbhai Mehta, Chandrakant Baswa, Patil took special efforts to make this cadre camp grand success.
