“The goal of social change can be achieved by uniting 35% SC/ST/OBC and converted minority people”
-Mr. Waman Meshram, National President, BAMCEF

Concluding the delegate session Mr.Waman Meshram said that delegate sessions are basically organised in the conventions to prepare cadres, who inturn are preparing the society. Because these things leads to the success and failure of any organisation. Through these delegate sessions we are training our delegates.

SC/ST/OBC and converted minority comprises of 85% of the population. Many people say that to unite one caste is a difficultest task, then how we will be uniting 85 % people already divided into 6000 castes. But it should be understood that we are not uniting 85% people by our will. It is the matter of principle. SC/ST’s are prey of the brahmnical system. Same is the situation of OBC. The converted minorities changed their religion to get rid of brahmnism. But in isolation the desired goal can’t be achieved. All these people are prey of brahmnical system and want to change the system. Now the question is are the people who got benefited by the system are going to change the system?. The answer is no. Then those who had suffered a lot and still today are suffering from this social system will have to fought for change of social system. Since these deprived castes comprise of 85% nothing can be done. It’s a matter of principle. So those 85% people will have to unite to change the social system. We have not kept the figure of 85%. As it is not practical. But principally only 85% people will have to come forward to do this job. It’s different matter that who want to join us and who don’t. But we are going to appeal all those 85% people. Because principally it is correct.

The goal of system change can be achieved by uniting 35% people only. But subject to a condition. This 35% shall comprise of SC, ST, OBC and converted minority. In the world history 100% people had never united for a common goal. Also none had done the job to unite 100% people So only there is need of 35% people. How we are going to achieve this task?. Total no of 10% SC people can only be united. Because there are some Raj Nath type character who will try to hurdle it. 5% ST’s can be united. OBC are divided into 4 parts. 8% are in Mandal Commission. Most backward class are 35% and 8% minorities. 2% of upper backwards can be united. Total 15% OBC and 5% minority will constitute 35% bahujan mass. By this 35% people, we can achieve the task of social revolution. But this can only be achieved by killing the inner oppose within different units. And in this uniting process Atal Bihari is not going to come and unite, this task is to be achieved by ourselves. But by uniting 15% people, nothing is going to achieve. In democracy nothing can be done without people’s mandate with you. There is no option expect to form majority in democracy. We will have to create majority.

Most of the time officer employees are saying that our society is not awared, we are not united. But who is going to unite. Those who are feeling the need or a rikshaw puller?. The society which do not have any objective, will not have its organisation. The society which is lacking organisation, will not have proper leadership to guide them and where there is improper, unmatured leadership, the organisation will not be an organisation. These all things should be keep in mind. This is the fundamental requirement. People who don’t want to do anything are always arguing negatively.

In today’s world only those will get succeed, who think positively, work positively and act positively. Those who provide better guts and better brain will get succeed. Today BAMCEF can generate 50 Lakh rupees. It is having 200 such employee caders who are devoting their Saturday and Sunday. BAMCEF is having 27 full time workers and our plan is to make 10,000 full timers within 10 years.
