Concluding the first debate and discussion session Mr.Waman Meshram told that Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was in favour of ending the political reservation. When Dr. Ambedkar was drafting the constitution, he appointed one of the prominent scheduled caste federation activist, retired justice R.R. Bhole to spread the movement against political reservation. Due to this movement Mr. R.R. Bhole and other person Mr. Maansingh from Agra were jailed. But another strange thing is that there is much agitation to protect the service class reservation and implement it. There is agitation against reservation in promotion and reservation in educational institutions(professional). But there is not a single agitation to protect or increase the limit of political reservation. But still every 10 years it is getting extended. Why this is happening so? Because this political reservation is creating stooges within our society. Whenever brahmins creates any problems, they put these stooges infront of us. So our society becomes helpless. Our movement was much bigger during slavery period rather than after independence. Who is responsible for this? None other than political reservation. Due to this reservation the real leadership is out of picture and stooges are becoming leaders. That was the basic reason for which Dr. Ambedkar said in the parliament that the SC/ST MPS open their mouth only for yawning.
We have number of problems in social, political, economical, educational field etc. On economic front we are really very backward. What is the solution over it? Whether approaching brahmins will solve our problems or whether making our strength will solve our problems. Our society is yet to resolve the above said problem. Society will have to be prepared for solving the problem. Our society is not prepared well to destroy the social system existing in our country. Our society can only be prepared through networking. BAMCEF is putting its efforts to spread the network in 550 districts by the end of 2004. At present it had spread up in 291 districts. Upto 2007 it will reach upto 50 thousand blocks. Like this by 2009 BAMCEF's network will be in 6 lakh villages. Then only our strength will be consolidated. And with the help of this consolidated strength we will be able to achieve the goal of social change. To achieve this task by 2009 we will having 10,000 full timers, which means one tahsil place will have 2 full times and within 2 months our message will reach upto 6 lakh people.
Our's is the vast population. But still we are not having mandate in favour of us. Population is ours but mandate is of our enemies, a strange thing?. But BAMCEF with the help of this vast network will create mandate of the indigenous people .
We are not in favour of Gandhi but we like one thing done by him. His action was reacted by 6 lakh villages at a time. Crores of people were coming on the road with one voice of Gandhi. British’s were really afraid of Gandhi due to this vast strength with him. Because the mass rallies, end up in massacre. Gandhi used to call himself as non-violent or non-murderer. When crores of people were on road, the entire executive machinery was getting collapsed and uncontrollable. If on the same line we are able to create action in 6 lakh villages, then we will be in a position to solve our problems.
Another strange thing been noticed in the field is that our enemy is scared of the growing awareness in SC/ST/OBC, but the indigenous people are unhappy. This is really contradictory. If enemy is scared of us, then we should be happy but both the things are noticed in the field . Our enemy has scared because he had foresighted the situation that is going to arise within 10 years. On the other side our people are unhappy because they are not noticing the change coming in the society. He had no analysis on what is going on and why? But the movement started by Rashtrapita Jotirao Phule in 1848 had reached in entire India now. Those who were proposing the review of constitution had scared of the unstable governments. Hence Atal Bihariji is trying his best so that there will not be frequent elections and the brahmins will remain in power forever. For elections those who are in minorities are scared of but the majority people are not scared of the elections.
In one of the convention in Lucknow I pointed out that there are only 44 MP's who are opposing the women reservation bill. The rulling caste is having 2/3rd majority with them and at any time they can pass the bill, but still they are not doing that. They are scared of Laloo's, Mulayam's and Mayawati's 44 MPS. Why? Because they are well aware that those who are in minority in the parliament are majority in the society. And those who are having majority in the parliament are minority in the society. Hence our enemy is scared of.
The demolition act of buddha statues by Taliban govt. was only an reaction of demolition of Babri mosque in India. The rulling caste utilised this issue to create anti Muslim feelings among the Buddhists people. Taliban people consider Buddha as hindu. Also other Muslim countries consider Indian Muslims as hindu. But in the action reaction process, later on, the Taliban govt. came to know that Buddha was not Hindu. So they immediately took action and ordered that all hindu people in Taliban should wore yellow clothes. So that they can be identified quickly. Hence they(Taliban) had taken the revenge of demolition of Muslims Babri mosque in Uttar Pradesh.
There were condemn meetings in various parts of India. One of the meeting was organised by arya samaj in Karol Bagh area. In Dayanand Saraswati's (Arya Samajist) "Satyarth Prakash" book, he had abused buddha 'n' number of times. These were the same people who abused buddha and destroyed Buddhism from India. But today they are condemning the demolition act of Taliban govt. This clearly states that the rulling caste wants to utilise Buddhist people, Buddhist country and Buddhist countries against Muslims.
What Atal Bihariji had done to save the buddha statues in Taliban? Atal Bihariji passed on an all party resolution on the demolition matter. But as a government what Atal Bihari should have done?. For this we will have to go through an example. In Afganisthan, some of Muslim terrorist hijacked the plane and got it down in Kandhar. For saving these people sitting inside the plane, Atal Bihariji worked diplomatically. He not only escaped the three terrorist but send them with honor along with external affairs minister to Kandhar and brought back Indians. This all he had done to save his men and acted on the diplomatic mission. On the same line what Atal Bihariji had done to save the Buddha statues. Had he work diplomatically on this issue too? If the Taliban govt. was not replying to Indian govt., then Indian govt. should have approached the friendly government of Afghanistan, the United Arab Emirates. Indian government should have approach this country and use them as a mediator to save the buddha statues. But had anything done? Not only this, but Taliban government had given hint that at present Ramjan period is going on and till now we had not demolished buddha statues? This gave an hidden message that after Ramjan, they are going to demolish the statues. There was enough period to have dialogue with Taliban government but no attempt was made in this direction. On the other hand the arya brahmins had conspiracally tried to create hate between Buddhist and Muslims. This was in the same line as they utilised OBC's to demolish Babri mosque so that there attention is diverted from their (right )Mandal issue.
Most of the Buddhist people, Buddhist institutions and Buddhist countries condemned the Taliban act. But where they aware of the brahminical conspiracy?. Instead of condemning the Taliban act, they could have demonstrated against brahminical Indian government for not taking quick action.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad is now-a-days organising various Buddhist world conferences. They are false propagating that Buddha is an 9th incarnation of so called Vishnu. They are also propagating that Buddhism is not an separate religion, but a part of hindu religion. They are conspirically doing this to destroy Buddhism from international level.
Arya brahmins are really very happy for demolishing buddha statues by Taliban government. Because they are thinking that their work has been done by Taliban Muslims. So they are thankful to them by heart. In India they had utilised either Muslims or Buddhist or backward classes from time to time depending on the situation. People who are working in the organisation and running the movement must understand these conspiracies.
