OBC do not realise that they are shudras and that is the main cause of their backwardness
Brahmnical literature itself proves that OBC are Shudras
- Adv. J. N. Verma, (Allahabad High Court)

The first and foremost identification of brahminism is division. People usually talk that britishers ruled India on the principle of divide and rule. But britishers were not the originators of the divide and rule principle. This principle was adopted in India for thousands of years. All the vedic literarture whether it is vedas, upanishada , Gita, or Manusmrutis, all had tried their best not to sit two brothers together.

He further told that the subject “ OBC do not realise their backwardness” Itself is of high level thinking. OBC usually are under the impression that they are not Shudras and chamars, Dhanuks are shudras. But actually they are not shudras as these are outcastes. In fourth varna only OBC comes. This can be explained in better way with reference to vedic/smrutis literature. The brahminical varna system is of four varnas which includes Brahmin,Kshatriya,Vaishya and shudra. There is no doubt that OBC are not Brahmins. There are some few examples of our Nai , Badhaiya brothers who put themselves Sharma as an surname for satisfying themselves, but still they are not Brahmins. OBC also are not Vaishyas. Jats, Ahir,Kurmy, Gujar castes try to put themselves in the category of Kshatriya. As per dharma literature, Kshatriya. is nothing but son of Brahmins. As per literature if Kshatriyas are son of others then by demanding ourselves as Kshatriyas is to be of proud ?. What respect we get by demanding ourselves as son of others. In chapter 9 shloka 321, Manu Maharaj describes the shudras. (Those who says themselves as Kshatriyas for example Kurmi Kshatriya, yadav Kshatriya they must realise that they are no where Kshatriya. If the kshatriya have no identification of themselves then what they are going to gain by saying themselves as Kshatriya?)

It clearly says that from water fire was produced, from Brahmins Kshatriya were produced and from stone iron was produced.” It clearly indicates that Kshatriyas are son of somebody else. Then saying ourselves as Kshatriyas, Isn’t insulting our parents? History too proves that Kurmi‘s were never Kshatriyas.

In Article 9 sholka 320, Manu says, “Though so much of pain is given by kshatriyas to Brahmins even then only Brahmin can become ruler, as kshatriyas are son of Brahmins”. If Kshatriyas themselves are son of others then can becoming kshatriya be of proud?

Giving an example he further told that once one man was keeping fast of hanuman. When he was asked about the reason, he replied that he was unmarried. I think that man was not knowing about the bachelor Hanuman and how bachelor person is going to solve his problem of marriage.

In Mahabharat, when parshuram became very angry, he killed kshatriyas. Even those parganent ladies were killed so that no new kshstriyas will be born. In Mahabharat, it is also written in sloka 353 and 363 that lady kshatriyas were told to go to Brahmins and give birth to a child and these in future will be called as kshatriyas. In all vedic literature, Ramayana Mahabharat, Geeta, Upnishada, Smrutis, everywhere it is written that kshatriyas are sons of others. If it is so, then if some from us are calling themselves as kshatriyas is not a big work that they are doing. It will better to have broad information on kohri, kumari, kachi, Jat, Gujjar, farmer, Gadriya, lodhi one by one.

In the fourth part of manusmruti in shloka no. 253 it is written that servant, hair cutter(Nai) and farmer are eligible to eat food of kshatriyas. This means that those castes are shudras. In parasher also, in sholka no. 74 it is written that “Fisherman, Badhit, Chidimar, Adhata and farmer are equally transgress people. It clearly indicates for the entire community and not for an individual. If any farmer is not giving sufficient part of his production in farm to a Brahmin or Pandit then all those are robbers. These all examples proves that other backward class belongs to shudras only.

The literature also says that Badhai, Nai, Gwala, Yadavs, Kumhars, Bhed, Chandal, Servant, Bhangi (scavengers), Kol are all downtrodden and to such extent that if they are seen from distance then immediately one should watch sun and refreshes himself and if by any chance he have any word with Brahmin then Brahmin should take immediate bath.

Shloka 50 of manusmriti describes that one teli is equivalent to 10 killers and 10 killers are equivalent to one kalwar also 10 kalwars are equivalent to one Kutni and 10 Kutnis are equivalent to one shudra king. If any shudra become a king then he is equivalent to killer of 10 thousand people.

In Yagyawalk Smruti shloka no 165 says that teli, kumhars, kalwar if they touch any food then it should not be eaten. Arya Pandits are so clever that when they are reading Ramayana in our houses then they read it so fastly that our fellow brothers couldn’t get anything from it. If it is understandable then question can be put up by our fellow brothers. Hence they read rapidly. In the last part of Ramayana, Shloka no. 100 describes that teli, kumhar, bhangi, kirat, kol, castes are all degraded castes.

Part 9, Shloka 293 of Manusmriti says that the goldsmith is the worst person in the society. Smriti shloka 285 says that “Chamar, Dhobi, Vaid, Dhiwar castes are untouchables and if by any chance are touched then immediate bath should be taken. Adv. J.N. Verma had read four Vedas and 18 smrutis but every where he was abused. All these literature are enough to prove that OBC’s are shudras.
