Expressing his views on the subject Mr.Krishna said that, as told 49% of SC are landless labourer and marginal farmers who have less than one area land are included in this, then 70% of total population of SC/ST are landless labourer. I have seen such  people in our society that they had some land cartier but they had to sell it out to repay the loan taken from landlord of moneylender and they are included in the list of landless labourers. Devadasi system is prevalent in U.P. today also. In  this system he has to return 11.5 quintal grain in lieu of I granted he had borrowed from money lender. Subsides given to these people for goats, hens, buffaloes, cows, through I.R.D.P. is grabbed by either gram pradhan or officer.
       He further said we have to do interpret about who are responsible for whatever is happening with our society. Is it that we ourselves are responsible for this. Giving example what our educated do in our society he said that there is a businessman in Ahemedabad named Parikh. Some people had kept their money with him. They told me that the person to whom we had given money has detained himself as bankrupt, due to which our money has gone in vain. At that time I told them" If you had used that money for our society your village your relatives then you would not have seen such time because intelligentsia of our society consider reservation as service. They don't consider themselves representative of society due to which they are cut off from our society. Babasaheb had a dream about 40-50 lakh employees present in Govt. service. He had hoped that these people will come forward after getting education & serve the society and try to take the society forward. We have to change mentality of such people. If they get prepared for the welfare of the society , they will take the movement forward. No employee should think that he has come in Govt. service for job. In the section 16(4) of the constitution, it should be given that adequate representation should be given to us if there is not adequate representation. It means we are representative of society and we should represent society.
       About the Brahmanism mentality he said that few days back I had gone to a program of a general corporation. Then one senior person said that person like Rabri Devi has been made Chief Minister of Bihar. I could not keep mum and I said that at least she can see, listen, sign. She posses something to rule. But it has been told in this country even though if was in  religious story that one blind was ruling. Today at least some change is there.
       Appealing to employees he said people who are in Govt. Service whether they are group A,B,C and D employees they have course from our society so they are representatives of the society we should not forget the society. Whenever you have chance to go to your village you should raise such a confidence in your people so that they should fight their battle on their own and should make self reliant.
