Chandrabhan Prasad is from Delhi and he writes in national daily, 'The Pioneer' under “Dalit Diary” column on the problems of society and in “Rashtriya Sahara”. Before expressing his views on the subject he thanked organizers particularly national president. Giving reason for this he said that earlier there was little discussion on economic  problems & starvation in Bahujan movement.

           Expressing his views he said that he writes for a column in Rashtriya Sahara & The Pioneer. On the columns he receives 2-3 dozen letters every week. Maximum of them are either on Hinduism or Buddhism. All these people who write me ask for suggestion have good houses to live & get good salary or pension. Their problems are finished. Their children are getting good education. These people discuss either reservation or their promotion. They never think about those people who don't get even one time meal. Every one of two SC people are landless & agriculture laborers. They earn their livelihood by working on the agriculture land. They don't get proper food to eat. If rest of the people of SC do not agitate or think for them, then there will be feeling of discontentment in the society. He said that if the fifty percent of our community is landless laborer then how can that community become ruling class? You can secure power or become kings but you can't become ruling class. You can form Government but can't rule. You can make ruling party but can't become ruling class. We can't go ahead without taking up the problems of land and BAMCEF should raise the related issue. It should organize seminar at national level on this subject, so that there can be debate and discussion on such problems and solutions could be sought out. Big chunk of our society is living in a state of confusion. I ask such people whether they have gone through the book 'State and Minorities' written by Babasaheb Ambedkar. Many people have not read the book. But if you ask any communist whether he has read communist manifesto and Dass Capital. He will reply in affirmative. The significance of communist movement lies in communist manifesto. In the same manner "State and Minorities' has equal importance in the movement of Ambedkarism. People knew about controversy between Gandhi and Ambedkar. But they don't know about the controversy between Nehru and Ambedkar. Dr. Ambedkar has written in his book “State and Minorities” that the land should be nationalized. He has written in this book that neither there should be monopoly or supremacy of landlords nor a subordination of land laborers. At that time Indian communist leader M.S. Nambudripad presented financial report to finish the land lordship which was later accepted by Congress.

           Dr. Ambedkar has written in this book that people of SC, ST will get nothing in Tenancy Reforms. Because maximum of these people are landless laborers. Tenancy Reforms means landlords will become owner of tenancy land. When Dr. Ambedkar gave this book to Nehru, he wrote long letter which is available in Nehru selected Volume no.2, in which he says that 'Your point is very good that land laborer system should be abolished in such a way that nobody should be landless or land labourer. We have to adopt fascist method for this. It can't be done through democratic method? Nehru wrote such thing in the letter and editor of the volume has written in the footnote that due to this matter, Dr. Ambedkar was very sad. In this book Dr. Ambedkar questions which type of industry should be in our country? How land should be cultivated? In this book, he speaks about these people and they criticize us without reading this ideology that we are taking Marxist line. If you go through communist manifesto, at last to points are written and there are 10 points in the book “State and Minority” written by Dr. Ambedkar.  Communist manifesto, State and Minorities had been written 100 years before in which there is no difference between 10 points of both. If we mix 10 points given by Marx and Dr. Ambedkar and there order is changed, it will be difficult to know who had given which point. Person who have settled in

city after coming from village will not go again to village. They have got good house to live in, so they have nothing to do with this. It is very good thing in the agitation of BAMCEF that it has put a session of different problems of society. So that organizations made on the basis of small problems could be channelised. It is a policy of ruling community that if we want to rule this vast majority they should be kept starved. They should be habituated to demand and the one class among it which is in some better condition should be kept some happy.

           He further said that as I am conferencing with press I told them that press has prejudice. If there are 400, 500 people you will give coverage in a big way but here more than seven thousand people have participated in this convention and discussing various problems of society, you can't write even a single line in the media, what is it. From the conduct of convention by BAMCEF is clear that if power is given in its hand it will run it also very nicely.

           At last he said that it want to speed up our a station then we should also have our resources. If we create press, we should have hundreds of industrialist to give advertisements in it. - People in U.S.A. industrialists in 10 years. They made low that another it is software company, Company making vehicles of raw material of it. It should be purchased from people of EM block, they should be given leadership. Then these people become industrialists within 10 years. How many dealers of Tata are in our society? How many dealers of Hero Honda are in our society? Our country is not like U.S.A. Due to which there are very less industrialists are in our society, they have become it through the business of petroleum products because there is reservation so we  have to start agitation for this. As there are no industrialists in our society, our leaders sell themselves due to temptation. Example of U.P. is before us. It is very good thing that BAMCEF has arranged discussion on conspiracy behind starvation.
