Decision of Formation of Employees Welfare Federation
It is well known fact that BAMCEF organisation for the last few years is organising society with the help of employees by continuous awareness programs throughout the year. BAMCEF'S main objective is to make an organisation of those employees who are directly or indirectly benefitted by the movement run by our forefathers by making them aware of "Paying back to Society". For the same reason their was no special programme for the welfare of Employees. But now BAMCEF has decided to form it's outfit of Employees Welfare Federation. The name of this Employees Welfare Federation is kept as "MULNIVASI EMPLOYEES WELFARE FEDERATION"
Why the decision of forming Federation?
SC,ST,OBC and converted minority is the class whom we call as "Mulnivasi". To solve the problems of these class, "MULNIVASI EMPLOYEES WELFARE FEDRATION" is formed. Knowing the background, it will be easy to understand the reason why this federation is formed. We will have to look upon the reasons first. Some of them are;
1) DIVISION OF POWER : There are almost 10,000 organisations of SC,ST,OBC and converted minorities. Due to these organisations the power is divided into fractions. Due to the division of power our problems had mutiplied.
2) Some people form organisation for solving their personal problems. That's why problems get mutiplied rather than getting it solved.
3) In the name of welfare of employees few leaders do adjustments with the system by bargening and the system too utilise the leaders against the interest of employees.
4) Conspiracy is being made for demolishing the reservation. But no extensive protest is seen anywhere.
5) Privatisation, Liberalisation and Globalisation are creating problems for the reservation.
6) Anti reservation orders are utilised to play with the emotions of employees so that some peoples leadership gets popularised. Above is the background which initiated BAMCEF to launch "Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation."
BAMCEF can form a Federation
BAMCEF is an organisation with its network in 24 states of India. Its branches are spread in 248 districts. It will spread its network to 300 districts by the end of Dec. 2001. At the end of Dec. 2003 it will be spread over 500 districts and 2000 Tehsils and by then BAMCEF will have about 500 fulltimers with them. If these facts are kept in mind BAMCEF can form the largest federation of employees. Not only this but for the formation of federation it can put 100 full timers. No other organisation than BAMCEF can do such work.
What will be the result of it?
The biggest achievement of it will be 10,000 organisations will get united and misuse of leadership will be stopped. This will lead to form a huge organisational power which can be utilised for the welfare of the employees.
Strategy of the movement will be chalked out
Preparation of formation of Federation will be done with great start and gradually depending on the preparation a series of national level movements against anti reservation policies will be launched. BAMCEF will give complete support to this movement. Not only this but other outfits of BAMCEF will also play active role in this.
Our Validity
It is our validity that, administration and the system is not doing justice to the employees. It means that administration and system are the root cause of all problems. But our opinion is that this understanding is based on wrong determination. Administration and the system are not the root cause of the problem. In fact the social system which is based on unequality is the root cause of all problems. Hence the problem will not get solved by fighting against administration and the system. We will have to eradicate the cause of the problem and for this purpose we will have to take help of our 85% Society. The conspiracy of eradicating reservation will not get resolved unless the help of large number of our brethern is taken. This conspiracy can not be ended only with the power(efforts) of employees. So it is necessary to utilise the strength of society and our resources. This will be formed an consolidated power and this power will be able to destroy all the conspiracies.
View Point of our Builder
While addressing a mamoth gathering on 14th March 1956, at Ramlila ground in Agra Dr.Ambedkar disdain intellectual class and said that "The Intellectual class had betrayed me". Hence it's now our responsibility to think of our society and make them aware about the enemies conspiracies. We could not saved reservation by ignoring the above fact, that means we were not able to save reservation. Hence this failure have to be stopped and it can be done by taking our society with us.
10 thousand Organisations will be united
All divided organisations will be united so that the weakness of division will be stopped. Affiliation will be made to unite these organisations under one banner of Mulnivasi employees welfare federation. Within three months Mulnivasi federation will be spread in 24 states. For this, office bearers districtswise, statewise and central body will be anounced.
