Towards the successes

The 18th National convention of BAMCEF was held in December 2001. The convention became historical due to many reasons. There was a successful step towards networking program undertaken by BAMCEF. A representative from 276 districts of 26 states were present during the convention, which includes 1500 representative of OBC, 300 representative of backward class and 50 from minority. This was a success achieved through networking, due to which representatives from various social groups were present for the convention.  The convention was also attended by international representatives of 6 countries. With this inspiration the international convention of BAMCEF was held on 9 & 10 March 2002 in England. The international convention in the year 2004 will include representatives from at least 100 countries. Not only this, BAMCEF has also launched the website so as the people across the different countries should know the information about the BAMCEF and their work to the large extent possible along with the Phuley-Ambedkaraite ideology. There are many things to contribute a success, which are difficult to mention here. In conclusion, this becomes clear that BAMCEF is going ahead and ahead and got momentum in its work.

Social Networking

Along with the development of geographical unity there is a need of social unity also. And under this program an effort is being made to awaken the people from extremely backward class. In eight different states there will be a separate national conferences for backward class people or state conventions will have special discussion sessions on fundamental subjects of backward class peoples. The national conference of two days for most backward class will be held in Lucknow (UP) and one day conference for backward class also will be held. Convention for religious converted minorities will be held in Delhi. With these things in mind, we are planning to unite socially the other dominating class in society.

Conference for each caste group

There are thousands of castes in Mulnivasi (indigenous) society. All these castes are the outcome of Brahminism. Our forefathers had started the job of awaking the people in these caste groups. When they started the work of awakening, the people of arya-brahmin origin had started the move against this work. Because for every action there is reaction. And as a result, only few caste groups are able to get involved in this movement and rest of the group remains away from the movement and became the part of exploitation. This was the move from peoples of Brahmin societies. Those who got benefited due to the work of ancestors, it is their duty, that they should help the people from other caste groups, who suffered during such movements and make them free of exploitation due to predominant Brahminism. So, BAMCEF has started the work in this direction to unite all such caste group and bring awakening among the indigenous. BAMCEF has started this work last year. They started conferences for different groups viz. the National Conference for Valmiki (Scavenging) Caste Liberation conferences, Conferences for extremely backward class, conferences for Mulnivasi backward group, Mulnivasi matang caste in Maharashtra etc. and thus making the people awaken. The conventions for these caste groups have started through, media of BAMCEF to let these castes & Mulnivasi Bahujan samaj aware and make their exploitation free from Brahminism.

Responsibilities of Volunteers

BAMCEF and Mulnivasi group volunteers have a great contribution in making all these programs of BAMCEF successful. All of them have a feeling that the image of BAMCEF is now increased considerably. And to have a great milestone ahead, this all lies in hands of these volunteers. There is no doubt that there will be success in this work. But the volunteers should not restrict their domain to their places of work only, rather they should exert in places around them where people are not aware. As a result the movement will march towards success and success.
