Concluding the first special debate session Mr. Waman Meshram told that there are two reasons for the slavery and helpless of scavenging castes. One is outside and the other one inside. The outside reason is that our determined enemy had created first varna system, then caste system and then untouchablity and rulled on us. They were more successful due to lack of educational rights to the depressed castes. These attempts were done continuously for years and after 54years of independance we still are slaves. We haven't liberated yet. The 54 years of independance is not ours but the independance is of arya brahmins and establishment of brahminical Raj on the indigenous people.Every year the tri-colour flag is hoisted at Lal Quilla ground and our minds are cultivated that we had become independant in 1947. But remember, for us, the independance is rumour and nothing else.
One simple example of our non-independancy is that almost 20crore 44 lakhs people are facing the Kuposhan (famine)line. That means they had made hungry for years. 60crore people are living below the poverty line. These all facts and figures are of post independance era. Hence we haven't became independant. We will have to launch the second independent freedom movement.
Today, after 54years of independance still some brothers and sisters are lifting flith on their head. Still after 54years of independance these Valmiki (scavenging) castes people are not considered as human beings. Speaking of human rights to the unhuman people is not justifiable.
The inside reason of non-development of scavenging castes is their dependancy on others. For every single right one is dependant, and this dependancy leads to slavery. This ideology of dependancy was strictly followed and prapogated by R.S.S. The rulling castes had done the job of dependency. This dependancy ideology gave birth to stooges and ostenstations. These so called created stooges are themselves made national leaders and the society suffers a lot.
The stooges had been created within subcastes also. There are various categories of stooges. Some stooges are less educated and less settled. To establish brahminism the stooging act was done at the lowest level and this created dependancy ideology. Valmiki castes (scavenging castes) were dependant on others. Their mentality was preoccupied with brahminical thoughts. Scavenging castes were not beliving that they themselves can solve their problems. They use to the keep demanding to rulling caste people and in turn they gave nothing.
Hence today we all will have to take oath that from now onwards we will be selfdependant. We will have to create our inner strength, inner energy with forming an organisation. If we continue on demanding, we will get nothing. So we all will have to keep ourselves away from dependant ideology.
We have valuable voting right with us, which is not only right but weapon of us. If we could utilise this right then we ourselves will decide who our rulers.
We will have to replace the selfdependant ideology given by Dr. Ambedkar to the dependant ideology.
