This program explicitly reflected that the movement launched by Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation could protect the right and the social status of Mulnivasis. The federation will continue this movement all over India, to awaken the people and inspire the society to raise the voices in order to the protection of their rights and status.

The National President of BAMCEF Mr. Waman Meshram, announced further program saying that “We require to formulate our own plebiscite in the whole country by taking the signatures". The Govt. has been attempting to materialise the conspiracy fetched to abrogate the reservation. Employees are frightened and frustrated. None of the employee can resist single handedly against the governments anti reservation decisions. This battle is to be faced by us collectively. From the above information it is clear that this program will be on continous basis throught the year till we put an end to the conspiracies of Govt. against our rights.

Various Participants from diffrent States

expressed their views on the occassion of rally

 Mr.Ashok Parmar, Gujarat

He said that, memorandum was submitted to district magistrates, Governors, by Mulnivasi. Employees Welfare Federation unit of Gujarat. Various SC/ST/OBC and converted minorities came together at national front for the common cause of protecting their rights. None of the other organisations had tried earlier. If we are succeding in bringing all the trade unions, SC/ST/OBC employees organisation under one platform then none will be in a position to go against the Indigenous.

Adv.RamGopal, Delhi

Adv.RamGopal is the convenor of the Delhi unit of Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation. He said that this rally is against the anti-reservation policy of Govt. and Judiciary. In every state our people are facing problems. Delhi Govt. has issued one article indicating that reservation will be given to those SC/ST & OBC candidates who are the residents of Delhi before 1950. In protest memorandum were given to Governor and his collegues informed the same to chief minister, Delhi.

Mr.Ramanand Ram, Baroda House, Railways

Mr.Ramanandan Ram is working in nortehn railway. Speaking on the eve of rally he said that rally plays an important role in bringing awakening among the Mulnivasi people. Population of Mulnivasi Bahujan is 85% but when we look at administrative post it is not even 15%. This is well planned conspiracy of Govt. to destroy reservation. India got freedom from British but till now Mulnivasi Bahujans has not got freedom, they still are slaves of rulling castes.

After a long struggle Dr.Ambedkar provided us reservation for uplifting our society. There are several discussions in the parliament to give reservation to womens, but not to the Mulnivasi womens. Education is privatised, various institutions are privatised, there are no jobs for the younger generation. All these problems had been created to cut the indigenous to come in the policy making management so that aryan supremacy is maintained. The northen ralilway staff will support each and every activity which will be brought in the field by Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation.

Mr.L.J.Kanhekar, Chattisgarh

He said that, history reveals that sacred books kept us away from any sort of oppurtunity. Architecture of the Indian constitution, Dr.Ambedkar provided us reservation, which basically means representation. In democracy, representation has got value. In 1992 supreme court gave decision against mandal commission report, which means that rulling castes don't want to give us the representation.

Mr.Satish Kumar Mehra, Haryana

He said that very good results are coming out of the awakening program launched by BAMCEF and Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation. Before these awakening campaigns organised by BAMCEF and Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation we were not knowing about our enemy , though we are close to Delhi.

Mr.S.R.Maurya, Uttar Pradesh

Memorandums issued by Govt. indicates anti reservation policy of Govt. People in Govt wants to end reservation by implementing Liberalisation, Globalisation and Privatisation. We are going to submit the 22 points against the anti reservation policies of Govt. to Hon. President tomorrow. Reservation policy is representaion in Govt. and administration. Rulling castes never want to give us right.

Rashtrapita Jotiba Phuley when started education for Mulnivasi Bahujan, he first asked for reservation to Mulnivasis from Britishers. During this period Brahmins stand against giving reservation to Mulnivasi Bahujans and had given strong protest before britishers. After Jotirao Phuley Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur granted 50% reservation to indigenous bahujans. At this time also Brahmins protested against giving reservations to Mulnivasis. Even Mr.Gandhi was against the policy implemented in South india by Periyar E.V.Ramasamy. When Dr.Ambedkar asked for seperate electorate, Mr.Gandhi went on fast unto death. In this way rulling castes Govt. were against our rights. The only answer to all these questions will be a nation wide campaign against the Govt's anti-reservation policies.

Mr.D.R.Soori, Maruti Udyog Limited, Delhi

Mr.D.R.Soori is working in Maruti Udyog limited. He is Gen. Secretary to SC/ST employees Association there. Govt. is equiped with strong weapon of LPG(liberalisation, Privatisation and Globalisation) to end reservation system. Govt. is disinvestigating all the institutes. It is not only selling the Loss making companies but the companies which are in exterme profit are to be sold. Maruti Udyog Limited is one of the most profit making company, but it is getting privatised. Govt. is projecting wrong figures and stating that company is in loss and also the share are of low price so the only solution to it disinvestigating. But govt. never recruit commission to find out what went wrong, who are corrupt, why the company was at all in loss when so called meritorious people are in management for the last 54 years of independance. All the MD's GM's are possesing the wealth/property beyond their income. Govt. never bother to know about the actual facts, but had taken one point program of disinvestment to make the indigenous slave.
