BAMCEF Nagpur unit conducted a programme on 19 April 2002 to pay homage to Mr. Vasant Moon. Addressing the meeting Mr. Waman Meshram, said that, BAMCEF has organised this program, because it has got reasons. Mr. Vasant Moon is well known not only in India but in abroad too because of his involvement in publishing, unpublished writing and speeches of Dr. B. R.Ambedkar in English. Because of his presence only we could able to know what Dr. Ambedkar has to say. He was so loyal and faithful to movement. Today, Indian government is publishing those volumes in Hindi, there we found lots of adulteration. Mr.Vasant Moon had completed all the required works of publishing, but BJP-Shiv Sena Govt. has not published the literature and even now, when congress government is in Maharashtra still we find the same situation. The so called RPI leader who are in Govt. are neither able to speak on the publication matter nor pressuring government on that subject. We need unpublished writing to get published because it belongs to society, for which BAMCEF and Mulnivasi Sangh will launch a Nation wide chain of programs. RPI leaders don't want to run Ambedkarite movement hence they don't work for publishing Ambedkar literature. But BAMCEF wants to fulfill the dream of Dr.Ambedkar for which we need literature, which is ready to published, as prepared by Vasant Moon, by taking lots of pain to go through manuscript and assembling it. These literature should be published by pressurising Govt. and that will be the real homage to strong Ambedkarite Vasant Moon.

Mr.Meshram further stated that, BAMCEF conducted campaign against socialist brahmins of Pune and director of the movie, Mr. Jabbar Patel, because in the movie they tried to malign the character of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, by the support of Congress. Today, Mr. Waman Nimbalkar, inform us that socialist brahmins of Pune, Mr. Arun Sadhu and Y. D. Phadke, while writing the script of movie, these people want to use the name of Mr. Vasant Moon and they succeed in that. Because if Vasant Moon's name is present in the list of script writer then no one is going to doubt about it. In this way socialist brahmins of Pune tried to malign the character of Babasaheb Ambedkar for which they used Jabbar Patel and Nilu Phuley, both this came from Rashtra Seva Dal. The movie was shown only in two states Maharashtra and Gujrat, because they feel that, whatever is shown in movie may create problem in the society, so they had not shown the movie in other states of the country.
