Objective to from BAMCEF
The greatest objective to from BAMCEF was to prepare Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other backward classes and Converted Minorities to pay back to society and through their efforts built a National struggle of Mulnivasi Bahujan . The BAMCEF has made tremendous efforts to establish this objective. Certain minor problems did erupt in the beginning ; however, the workers of BAMCEF have come over these problems with their honesty and sincerity and could succeed to establish BAMCEF firmly . We do not expect any hurdles in coming future in the growth and development of BAMCEF.
Emergence of National Struggle
The National struggle emerged with the successful efforts of BAMCEF . The Phule Ambedkarite Movement was insignificant at the National level due to efforts of BAMCEF for the last 25 years. However to our understanding it still cannot be considered a National Movement in the real sense Therefore we have to work hard and convert it to National Movement in the real sense .Our greatest problem is the mental slavery of Mulnivasi Bahujan ,which is responsible for the long -standing problem of graded inequality. We can put an end to this problem through national struggle.
Present Challenges
The Mulnivasi Bahujan are surrounded by different problems and challenges in their own motherland .The so-called judiciary is not only against the system of reservation but also has gone to the extent of committing a fraud on the Constitution. The ruling castes had been betraying constitution for the last 50 years and are now encouraged to review the constitution to throw it in the dustbin . The religious places of the religions, which preach equality, are being attacked by the Brahmnical forces in the name of their religion .Demolition of Babri Masjid , attack of Army on Golden Temple and attack on the Churches on one hand and the privatization ,Liberalization and Globalization on the other hand are nothing but to enslave Mulnivasi Bahujan in their own mother land . These attacks one after the other are made consciously in a chain. To fight these challenges it is essential to built a National Struggle.
Historical Turning Point
The Networking Programme to built National Struggle. BAMCEF has established Network in 110 Districts in 21 States in the year 1999. Last Year we could establish this Network in 191 District in 24 States. This year we have decided to ensure the participation of 300 District and by 2003 we should be able to extend it to 550 Districts . By 2004 the Network must reach to 2000 Tahasils in 550 Districts and ensure the participation of Mulnivasi Bahujans from amongst 1500 castes out of 6000 castes in which they have divided. The second phase of Networking shall start from 2005 and be completed by the end of 2009.During this period, the Organizational Network shall be established in 5000 Tahsils by 2006, in 50000 Blocks by 2007 and in 6,00,000 Villages by 2009. To give justice to the work we shall release 550 full time “Pracharak” by 2004 and 10,000 full time “Pracharak” by 2009. The establishment of this Network shall result into a turning point in the Phule Ambedkarite Movement . To make this historical turning point as a historical event, BAMCEF is engaged to generate power through the Networking programme. The 18th National Convention of BAMCEF at New Delhi is a step in this direction .For this purpose we appeal to intellectual amongst Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj ,dedicated workers and cadres and expect support with time, talent and money.
