Dear Friends,
We must help our Younger Generations and Future
friends to find really suitable partners in life, from within our own
Communities.
We need not now emphasise here, the need for our Boys
and Girls to marry within any of our Dalit Communities, and We must ensure that
they marry only a Dalit! Otherwise, our
Boys and Girls, particularly the bright well-educated comfortably employed
ones, with decent and higher pay-packets, will be selectively and specifically
picked up for marriage, by the exploitative dominant castes' leisure and
comforts loving girls and boys. To that
extent, We Dalit Communities will be at a loss. And that leaves equivalent number of our Girls and Boys loosing
that many good Boys and Girls from becoming partners in their lives. This is a great loss for the We Dalits. And it is directly a gain to the dominant
castes/communities at our cost! These
would in future add to our Communities Problems! And further, such Boys and Girls marrying others will become
agents for the DCHs to foray in future also the best of our boys and girls for
their cunning exploitative girls and boys!
As the still poor Dalit Communities struggling to Develop, We definitely
can't afford to loose like this, our Well Qualified and Better Employed Boys
and Girls. Therefore, please let us
strive to help our Boys and Girls find good Brides and Grooms, as better
Partners in their Lives.
You all also know very well, the importance of finding
a good Match in Life, particularly in a transient, turbulent, changing and
developing Communities like ours. Let
us all therefore help, every one of our Youngsters and their Parents/Guardians,
to find a real good match. This, We all
should take up on priority as the utmost Mission in Our Lives, whether We have
Children or not, and whether they are of marriageable age or not, and even if
they are already married - and hence some of us now don't face these personally
as a Problem! But everyone will agree,
these are our Communities' Problem!!
Hence these are Our Problem, and our own bigger Problem!! We therefore must Help! Even if We are ourselves newly married, or
are very old, We can still help others!
